42 years old male patient named Mr. Chetanbhai Patel was admitted to Kiran hospital for left side chest pain which was radiating to left shoulder region. He is a known case of DM ; Ca. left BM. On investigating his 2D Echo result showed regional wall motion abnormalities at rest, grade I diastolic dysfunction and his LVEF = 45%. And his Cath. Coronary Angiography revealed that he is suffering from Triple vessel disease (TVD) with severe stenosis. Therefore, he was advised for EECP treatment for (35 sessions) at our centre.  He also adapted our life style modification program for his complaints. Within 10 days after starting the treatment his complaints like chest pain and dyspnoea on exertion reduced markedly. After completion of 35 sessions of EECP his repeat 2D Echo result showed increase in LVEF = 52% and his overall health also improved very markedly (he was able to do exertion without any chest discomfort).
